Hardwork, dedication and a focus on the craft have been the driving forces behind the success of Olympic hopeful Rachel Cliff.

As part of an on going series of chronicling their athletes, On Running sent us to Canada to document Rachel, her family and friends, and their shared Olympic dream. Following her on her story was inspiring, following her on the track was exhausting! A world class talent on and off the track, it was a pleasure to be around such a presence and a righteous opportunity to compose this piece.
